-Prologue- Yesterday, as I write this, I am sitting on our lounge chair listening to the music program over the radio, It is snow very rapidly outside. this morning we had snow about 2 inches deep. Just now everything looks so very beautiful with its cover of snow, it snowed little here last year...and this room(office) has a beautiful view. - February 9th 2000
A she said on the radio pops program of late at night, when someone asks me whom I admire, I make it a rule to say that I admire my father about, still more my father can ignore my opinions, but I cannot ignore his. Her loves rice-wine or having job at midnight over the radio, and on the time or a long time she is a always fluent english speaker, everybody is talking about stocks going down by the way, and I'm always impressed with your very best taste selection of music, at Oh! you've got good taste in clothes strong too.You look good in sleeveless, more accent red roses, beautiful todays sure! she must look good in there and from my request I would appreciate it if you could answer...Sorry, did I scare you? If you know how to decipher this code, you could become the happiness in the world. heheheh,,, -about her loves "Osake" rice wine story- Osake is rice wine for it is a traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage brewed from fermented rice and water. There are about 2,600 osake manufactures producing about 4,000 different brands across the country. Local brands(jizake) are appreciated as much as national brands. There are three different kinds of osake in termsits manufacturing process: seishu (refined osake), genshu (crude osake) , and nigorizake (unrefined osake). Seishu, the kind most popularly drunk, has an alcoholic contant of about 12-15% or as strong as grape wine. Taste-wise, every brand is typically referred to as either amakuchi (sweet) or karakuchi (dry). You can enjoy osake both cold and warm. If you like it cold, the most common way is to sip it from as quare wooden box (masu). If you want it in a tokkuri (sever) and sip it from a small cup (sakazuki). It is usually said that you can enjoy osake at its best condition when warmed up to your body temperature (hito-hada). Some people like it lukewarm (nurukan) at 30 degree and others hot (atsukan) at 50 degree. The choice may depend on the feel, weather, or the dishes eaten with osake. Based on the liquor Tax Act, osake is classified by a national inspection agency as special, first, and second grade (tokusen,josen,and standard,respectively). Almost all national manufacturers apply for a classification. It's a good buy. But many local brewers do not bother to, and put their products on the market as second grade. Therefore, osake connoisseurs believe that local second graders(even broadcastings) and that are often as good as national special and first graders - follow with me Aug 28th
